Terms of Use
Effective Date: August 28, 2026
These Terms of Use apply to the website and service-request features operated under the name Bosch Appliance Repair Los Angeles (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using this website or requesting service through it, you agree to these Terms of Use.
1. Service
Bosch Appliance Repair Los Angeles is an appliance repair service. References to Bosch products are used only to identify the appliances we service.
2. Website Information
We work to keep the information on this website accurate and useful. Appliance symptoms, error-code explanations, model information, and troubleshooting content are provided for general informational purposes and are not a substitute for an in-person diagnosis.
An error code or symptom can have more than one possible cause. A final repair recommendation may require inspection and testing of the appliance.
3. Service Requests and Appointments
You may request appliance repair by phone or through the website. A service request is not a guaranteed appointment until scheduling has been confirmed.
Appointment availability may depend on technician routing, service area, the appliance involved, and other scheduling factors. If an appointment needs to be changed, we will use the contact information provided with the request to communicate available options.
Please provide accurate information about the appliance, location, symptoms, and any known model or error-code details. Customers are responsible for providing reasonable and safe access to the appliance at the scheduled service location.
4. Diagnosis, Estimates, and Authorization
The purpose of a diagnostic visit is to determine the likely cause of the appliance problem and identify an appropriate repair path.
Before repair work is performed, the applicable repair scope and pricing should be communicated for approval. Work outside the approved scope should not be added without customer authorization.
If a diagnostic or service-call charge applies, the applicable terms should be disclosed as part of scheduling, the estimate, or other service documentation.
5. Parts and Repair Work
Replacement parts are selected based on the appliance model, the repair being performed, and part availability. We do not represent that every repair will use an OEM part unless that has been specifically confirmed for the job.
Part availability, lead times, return eligibility, and manufacturer coverage can vary. Any job-specific terms relating to ordered parts should be stated in the estimate, invoice, or other written service documentation.
6. Payment
Payment terms for a service visit or approved repair are provided through the applicable estimate, invoice, or other service documentation.
Customers are responsible for reviewing the approved scope and charges before authorizing repair work. Questions about an invoice or charge should be raised promptly so the service record can be reviewed.
7. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds
Appointment changes, cancellations, deposits, special-order parts, refunds, and billing adjustments are handled under our Refund, Return, and Cancellation Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
8. Repair Warranty
We do not publish a universal warranty period on this website unless one has been confirmed for the applicable service.
If a warranty applies to a specific repair, the controlling warranty terms are the terms stated on the estimate, invoice, receipt, or other written service documentation provided for that job.
A warranty does not automatically cover a new or unrelated failure, damage caused after the repair, misuse, outside service, or conditions that were not part of the approved repair scope.
9. Safe Use and Troubleshooting
Website troubleshooting content is limited to general information and safe preliminary checks. Do not remove appliance panels, handle live electrical components, perform gas-system work, or attempt other procedures that require technical training unless you are qualified to do so.
If an appliance is actively leaking, producing smoke, creating a strong electrical or burning odor, or presenting another immediate safety concern, stop using it when it is safe to do so and arrange appropriate professional assistance.
10. Third-Party and Manufacturer Resources
This website may link to manufacturer support pages or other third-party resources. Those websites are operated independently and have their own terms, policies, and content.
11. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise noted, original website copy, page layouts, graphics, and other site materials may not be reproduced or republished for commercial use without permission.
12. Limitation of Website Information
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for losses caused solely by relying on general website information instead of obtaining an appliance-specific diagnosis.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit rights that cannot legally be limited under applicable consumer-protection law.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Use when our website, service process, or legal requirements change. The current version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the State of California, without limiting any consumer rights that apply under federal, state, or local law.
