Refund, Return, and Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: August 28, 2026
This policy explains how Bosch Appliance Repair Los Angeles handles appointment changes, service charges, ordered parts, billing questions, and refund requests.
1. Appointment Changes and Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, contact us as soon as possible at (310) 879-1577 or [email protected].
We do not publish a blanket cancellation fee or fixed cancellation window on this website. If a particular appointment is subject to a cancellation charge, deposit, or other scheduling condition, that condition should be communicated before the charge is accepted or included in written service documentation.
If a technician cannot reasonably access the appliance or service location, the visit may need to be rescheduled. Any charge associated with that situation should follow the terms disclosed for the appointment.
2. Diagnostic and Service Charges
A diagnostic or service-call charge, if applicable, covers the work required to inspect the appliance and evaluate the reported problem.
If the applicable diagnostic charge has been disclosed and the diagnostic service has already been performed, that charge is generally considered payment for work already completed. This does not prevent us from correcting a billing error or reviewing a legitimate service concern.
3. Repair Estimates and Authorization
Repair work should not proceed until the customer has had an opportunity to review the applicable estimate or repair scope and authorize the work.
If the approved scope changes because additional work or parts are needed, the additional work should be presented for approval before it is added to the bill.
4. Deposits and Special-Order Parts
Some repairs may require a deposit or advance payment for parts. Deposit and part-order terms can vary depending on the component and supplier.
If a deposit is required, any non-refundable or special-order condition should be disclosed before the deposit is accepted.
A part that has been specially ordered for a specific appliance may be subject to supplier or manufacturer return restrictions. Return eligibility is determined by the terms that apply to that order.
5. Completed Service and Refund Requests
Payment for a completed diagnostic or repair service is not automatically refundable simply because an appliance later develops another problem.
If you believe there is an issue with work we performed, contact us with the service details so the repair record can be reviewed. If a written repair warranty applies, that warranty will control the available service remedy for the covered work.
New failures, unrelated parts, misuse, outside service, or conditions outside the original approved repair scope may require a separate diagnosis.
6. Billing Errors
If you believe an invoice contains an incorrect charge, duplicate charge, or other billing error, contact us promptly.
Confirmed billing errors will be corrected through the appropriate payment method or account adjustment.
7. Returns
Appliance repair is primarily a service business, so a traditional retail return policy does not apply to completed labor.
For parts or materials supplied as part of a repair, return eligibility depends on whether the item was installed, whether it was specially ordered, and any applicable supplier or manufacturer restrictions.
Do not return a part independently unless return instructions have been confirmed.
8. Warranty-Related Requests
We do not state a universal repair-warranty duration on this website.
If a specific repair includes warranty coverage, the terms stated on the estimate, invoice, receipt, or other written service documentation for that repair will apply.
